True.com, formerly True Beginnings, has agreed to refund about $1.5 MILLION in fees customers paid after they canceled their accounts.
That’s A LOT of customers being charged incorrectly. And maybe, well likely, without this extra revenue stream True.com will now have less ads all over the place and work on training the customer service staff to understand that No Means No!
