Summer Solstice: The Longest Day Of the Year

Summer Solstice

Summer Solstice

I find it just a little ironic that today, being Monday, is also the longest day of the year, at least for us northern hemisphere people.

From here on, the days get shorter even as summer comes into full bloom.

Of course we’ll have the Celtic people dancing around the Stonehenge rocks, chanting whatever it is they chant, along with other odd celebrations that we’ll read about tomorrow in the news.

Enjoy your day!
