A golden gift from the airport ATM
I want you to be prepared to talk up a storm this weekend. Current events can fascinate a crowd, or a single person, when you can talk about what’s interesting about what has happened in the past week.
So I have this blog for you, to talk about current events and be interesting and maybe gain a new friend or two. Because I like you.
So you’ll want to read these articles so you have something to talk about:
- Twitter keeps the Bangkok uprising updated to followers. News has now reached light speed, as long as you agree, or have a viewpoint, about the writer and their perspective on what’s happening.
- Canadian tracks down US spy plane. The story is great and all that, but am I the only one that wonders what Mr.Molczan’s age is, being that he lives with his mother, what with the New York Times and Wired fame and all?
- If I could do anything, I would… get a big college scholarship and a netbook and a computer lab for my school… congrats to Makenzie Melton, a talented doodler. Google, still “doing no wrong?” or is this just a cover-up story to put a smile on their sneering world domination plans?
- Traveling? Buy gold as a gift in this latest ATM idea. GOLD to go is growing a business of gold dispensing ATMs in airports around the world. With updated gold prices every 10 minutes you can watch your investment, in physical gold coins and other bullion styles, you can watch your investment grow while waiting to board your plane (or lose value). I hope my parents need to get me a last minute gift while they’re stuck in an Italian airport! LOL
- Why men and women get married - by Forbes.com. Is it all a financial decision these days? Do love and money go together with a proposal and a future? If you’re broke does it mean you’ll be forever single and picking out apples from the bottom of the barrel? This is an interesting question to answer for singles that see no end to their singledom.
You’re welcome!
